... weil Geschmäcker und Vorlieben ja sehr unterschiedlich sein können. Aber diese Salsa hat wirklich eine lobende Erwähnung verdient. Tolles Magoaroma - vielleicht etwas zu süß - mit einer leichten, feinen Chilischärfe im Abgang. Hervorragend auf Käse oder als Topping auf einem Burger. (Achtung: Gurken weglassen!) Auch als Dressing zum Spargelsalat mit Mangostücken (Statt der Erdbeeren) - wurde von den Gästen zumindest anerkennend gelobt...

If you want to shine culinary, prepare a slice of salmon al huapango by simply placing the fish in a buttered baking dish and bathing it in the sauce. Let the fish rest for half an hour and then bake it either in the oven or in the microwave.
The salsa is also suitable for many types of oriental dishes, such as shrimp breaded in coconut, fried pork or chicken pieces, accompanied by vegetables such as jicama, mango, bell bell pepper, broccoli, etc.
If you want to stay in shape, a tasty snack of jicama strips would be perfect garnished with this sauce. You can also use carrots, cucumbers and zucchini.
As a dressing, you can also use the Ki Gourmet Salsa Huapango Tres Chiles for all kinds of green salads. -
