Ordering information

  • Examples of personal data collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and payment accounts such as PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, Shopify Pay), email address and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide you with products or services to fulfill our contract, process your payment information, arrange for shipment and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising about our products or services based on your preferences that you agreed to.

  • Sharing for business purposes: We share the necessary data collected for business purposes with our store provider Shopify, our logistics partners like Warehousing1, our delivery services like DHL, Hermes, DPD, our payment services like Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, logistics apps like Xentral, our analytics and advertising services like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Twitter Ads, our billing and procurement services like Lexware, backup services like and Affiliate Partner Program
  • Information on the prevention of potential fraud attempts: The provider of our store system Shopify works with the payment service providers listed above. In the worldwide store network of Shopify, a fraud prevention / fraud prevention program through the encrypted transfer of payment data starts as soon as you enter your payment method and data which warns us if the IP address of an order is far away from the delivery location, if there were multiple orders of different accounts from the same IP address or several unsuccessful payment attempts were made. As a merchant, we reserve the right to prevent and cancel online payment of affected orders based on these warnings.

  • Purpose of collection: Customer support, assistance for you or other users.
  • Collection source: collected from you via direct contact with our service, service bots for messenger services such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Mail, SMS or your entered data in orders/purchases or accounts/profiles for buying our products.
  • Disclosure for business purposes: We may use support apps such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger or TawkTo Chat or mail programs such as Outlook, Mac Mail, and Gmail to establish communication with you to provide customer support.
  • Backup/Data protection: We use the service from Third Blink Software Inc., a GDPR compliant service with servers in the EU for the purpose of restoring our store data in case store data has been destroyed, deleted or incorrectly processed due to a technical or manual error. This service is essential for us to be able to process orders again in case of data loss.

In our store, we offer alcoholic beverages. Depending on the regulations enforced in your country, you may buy these products and some other products only if you meet the age restrictions. For example, in Germany you are allowed to buy alcoholic beverages if you are at least 18 years old.

Note for minors and their parents

The website is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. Sharing personal information

We share your personal information with service providers who help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you as described above. For example:

  • We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or any other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
  • Through the affiliate marketing service, publishers of content can apply to us as partners for commission programs. This means that external partners of ours can generate individual links that lead to our store, as well as these partners can generate discount codes for our store. Visitors who follow such links and buy something can be assigned to a commission program partner link and/or discount code by using the code. If you do not want this commission to take place, before clicking on links to our store, pay attention to whether or not there is a "?" in the URL. Copy the link address, for example, by right-clicking on the link and selecting "Copy link address", put it in the browser line and then delete everything from the URL from the "?". Do not use the partner's shared discount code if you want to avoid your purchase being attributed to the affiliate program.
  • Parts of your order data are backed up to our backup service by Third Blink Software Inc. and are GDPR compliant on EU servers to protect us from data loss.
  • Parts of your profile and order data are stored by our services Helixo, BON Loyalty and Rivo to offer product reviews, bonus programs or product bundles or special offers if you use them via our store website - in the case of our bonus program, activities for following, liking, sharing, joining our profiles on social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest are also stored to be able to collect bonus points.

Behavioral advertising

As described above, we use your personal information to send you targeted advertising or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

We are working in part with fully automated decision making that has a legal or otherwise significant impact on customer data.

Our data processor, Shopify, uses limited automated decision making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant impact on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision making include:

  • Temporary block list of IP addresses associated with repeatedly failed transactions. This block list remains for a few hours.
  • Temporary block list of credit cards associated with block-listed IP addresses. This block list will remain for a few number of days.
