These yellow corn tortillas Original or Corn Tortillas from Moctezuma - a company run by Mexicans in the Czech Republic - are delivered to you chilled. The production method allows them to keep for many months and gives them a higher degree of freshness than tortillas that can be stored unrefrigerated. This makes them an interesting product that has a comparatively long shelf life when refrigerated and still offers a high degree of freshness.

Every single tortilla is made using the same traditional method used in Mexico to ensure that each treat has a touch of the real Mexican home feeling.

Attention: This product is in cold storage (refrigerator temperature), but due to the cold shipping in a bag it is edible, but should be stored in your refrigerator or freezer if you do not consume it immediately after delivery. The product is not normally dispatched on Fridays so that it does not arrive too late. Due to our storage, the product - like many other products - is usually still edible beyond the best before date. For this reason, we may continue to sell the product for a certain period of time at reduced prices under the best-before date labeling and advise our customers to look, smell and taste it, thereby joining initiatives against food waste.
