Ingredients (quantity according to own needs)
- ca. 400g Chicken breast
- 1/2 white onion
- 4-5 tomatoes
- Coriander to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and Pepper as taste
- 1 tea spoon Chicken broth powder
- Vegetable oil
- Lime juice and chili peppers, if desired, are optional toppings
- Salsa Chipotle e.g. from Herdez, Carey, Clemente Jaques, Ki Gourmet
- Corn Tortillas 12-15cm
- Optional: Avocado Dip
Preparation of Tinga de Pollo

Cook the chicken breasts with a piece of onion, a clove of garlic, some coriander and salt.

Puree the tomatoes with a piece of onion, a clove of garlic, the remaining coriander and some of the broth in which the chicken breasts were eaten (also add the vegetables that are in the chicken broth), salt and pepper.

In vegetable oil fry a little diced onion and add the mixed sauce and let it thicken for about 25 minutes.

Crumble the breasts and add to the sauce and finish cooking for 10-15 minutes.
