For the first time today we present a recipe in cooperation with the low-fat minded and imaginative epicure Kevin Steinbring, who is perhaps one of the biggest Salsa Valentina fans in the whole of Germany and who, with his Mexican life partner Sergio always discovers new places and culinary highlights.

Preparation of Chicken Chipotle Tacos

Here's what each step in the cooking process looks like for you.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken breast in this with onion strips until crispy and season everything well.

  2. Add tomato sauce and season everything again with spices and simmer on medium for about 35 minutes. Remove chicken and pick apart with the help of two forks to make Pulled Chicken. Add Pulled Chicken back into the sauce and mix everything together well.

  3. Heat tortillas in a skillet until grease-free and serve garnished with chicken filling and additional toppings/salsas, if desired.
