With their permission, we present to you here a recipe for a coarse-ground and delicious homemade Mexican-style salsa that will go very well with your Carnitas in Michoacan Style a favorite of the Mexicans.
Carnitas tacos are quick to prepare, making them a great option if you don't have a lot of time to cook.

For the salsa you need the following ingredients
- 5x Kumato-Tomatoes
- 1/4 Onion
- 2x Garlic Cloves
- 2x Avocados
- 5x Green Chilis
- Salt according to own taste
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation of the salsa
You just grind all the ingredients and the result is wonderful, the perfect sauce, the perfect instant carnitas and the perfect tortillas!
