Tamales Tinga de Pollo, that is stuffed with chicken meat and tasty salsa. Quick to heat up in the microwave or in a pan. Tamales, by the way are corn dumplings made with masa (corn dough) surrounding a filling that can be combined in many different ways. They are popular as a feast during the cold season in Mexico for many celebrations. The corn packets are then wrapped in corn husks / corn leaves (please do not eat them) and steamed until soft.
