Chilled tamales mole con pollo (chicken) in a 540g package that will fill you up and warm you up. Tamales describe a dish that in this case consists of masa (corn dough), chicken (pollo), hearty brown chili sauce (mole), pork fat, and other spices and vegetables.

Made by this manufacturer without any preservatives and as naturally as possible, these tasty corn packets are delivered to you chilled (no shipping on Fridays) and can then be heated in a pan at medium temperature for a longer period of time or quickly heated in the microwave in 2-3 minutes and eaten. You can also take the thawed tamales out of the refrigerator, place them in a coated pot, and reheat them at approx. 150 °C for approx. 25 minutes, turning them once in between.

Recipe

These tamales are already a ready-made meal.

Tips

Remove plastic packaging.

Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 800W. Caution: the contents may be very hot, so take care when removing them. Unwrap the corn cakes from the corn husks. Do not eat the corn husks.

Can be frozen for long periods. Allow to thaw before consumption.

Can also be heated in a pan over medium heat for approx. 10-15 minutes, turning several times.

Consume as soon as possible after thawing.
