Tamales are pockets of masa (corn dough) surrounding a filling. The corn packets are then wrapped in corn husks / corn leaves (please do not eat them) and steamed until soft. These delicious tamales are filled with pork in green sauce. You can heat them up in the microwave or in a pan.
