for the Huichol tomato sauce mixture:
- 40 ml spicy / original Huichol sauce.
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 2 large tomatoes)
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for the mini flautas:
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked in salted water and shredded
- ½ cup chopped white onion
- 12 corn tortillas
- sunflower oil
- Chopsticks to fix the flautas.


For the sauce:
1.Put all the ingredients in a food processor until the tomatoes are well chopped, add spices and set aside.

for the mini flautas:
1. fry the onion in a little vegetable oil until translucent.

2. add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook for five minutes over medium heat. Set aside.

3. cut the tortillas in half, fill each with 1 tablespoon of chicken and roll up carefully, making sure they are tightly wrapped, secure with a toothpick so they don't open.

4. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the flautas for three minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Remove and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Remove the sticks and serve hot.
