This sweet produced by De La Rosa is made from the pulp of the tamarind and also tastes significantly hotter than the normal version in the yellow packaging thanks to the use of chillies. It is a Mexican combination of tamarind fruit and chili, which is sweet, sour and slightly spicy at the same time. Sugar, salt and chilli peppers are used to give this sweet a sour, sweet, slightly salty and distinctly spicy taste.
