How to prepare MOLE XIQUEÑO?
Without broth or meat, dissolve in water, heat and stir. It is recommended to dissolve half a liter of water broth for every 1.1 pounds of MOLE XIQUEÑO.
Simple recipe:
- 500 g of mole
- 400-500 g of chicken meat
- 2,5 cups of chicken broth
1. pre-cook the chicken meat in boiling water
2. heat the chicken broth with the Mole paste on medium heat
3. add the chicken meat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
It is possible to prepare this dish with pork or beef as well.
Try Mole with chicken, beef, pork, corn husks for tamales, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas or to prepare other Mexican dishes. -
