Recipes
Cooking instructions: 4 parts broth (or water) to 1 part paste. Use low heat, stir constantly and bring to a boil. Keep sauce warm over low heat for 4 minutes and serve warm over chicken or other dishes.
The mole tastes especially good when you spread it over corn tortillas that have rolled up plucked and precooked chicken breast meat inside.
Also served with corn tacos, bean puree, shredded shepherd's cheese, tossed salad. -
