The tostada is a golden baked tortilla with super crispy texture and rough texture. Sanissimo's tostadas are dehydrated and not deep fried. So they are a healthier alternative to the typically deep fried tostadas. You can put anything on a tostada that you would put on a taco, the great thing in the end is that you can still get delicious crunch under the meat and/or lettuce topping, and it's much less fat than other snacks. Suitable for vegetarians. Gluten-free.
