Recipe

For a delicious Isadora bean mix, blend these bright beans with yellow corn, diced tomatoes, chopped scallions, jalapeno chilies (seeded & chopped) and with plucked cilantro.

Mix it all together.

Let everything sit refrigerated for a couple of hours to allow the flavor to develop. After that it is ready to serve and delicious.
