Fantastic chocolate flavor and warming in cold seasons. Atole is a warm, creamy milk-based drink (drinkable with cow's milk, goat's milk or other milk substitutes) thickened with corn flour. You can dissolve this powder in a cup of 0.2l milk (substitute) and then stir it into a pot of boiled 0.8l milk (substitute) and continue stirring for some time on low heat. If you want, you can sweeten it with other additives. But try it first just like that and without additives. This variety has a fine creamy chocolate flavor.
