Up to 2 months of storage time passes. Handcrafted on the tropical riverbed in the village of San Luis Del Rio, where the Red Ant River flows. The mezcal is made from the Espadín agave. It is naturally fermented and distilled twice in wood-fired copper stills. A unique combination of natural agave syrup and mezcal. On the nose you sense roasted agave, vanilla, as well as pear, almond, coffee and on the palate pineapple and sweet orange. A truly fruity mezcal awaits you.

Recipe for a Del Maguey Mezcal EL FUEGO DENTRO Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
- 1-1⁄2 parts Del Maguey Mezcal
- 1⁄2 share line aquavit
- 1⁄2 share freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1⁄2 portion red bell pepper syrup (recipe below)

Cilantro leaves, for garnish

PREPARATION
Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the cilantro.

RED BELL PEPPER SYRUP
- Mix 1 part cold-pressed red bell pepper juice and 1 part sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Use immediately.

Tips

Store in a dry and cool place.
Best served well chilled.
