This Cholula Chili Carne Asada seasoning contains various chili peppers for the Mexican asada meat seasoning. It is also ideal for grilled and smoked meat and vegetables. You can use the mixture for all grilled gaucho-inspired meats. However, you should not consume the mixture on its own for food safety reasons. You can also drizzle the meat with Cholula Original Salsa or Cholula Chipotle Salsa. The packet is enough to combine with 10 pounds of sirloin steak and 1/4 cup of oil. Cover the meat with the seasoning/oil mixture and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Then remove the steak from the seasoning mixture and grill to an internal temperature of 54.4°C / 130 °F.
