FRESH AVOCADO TOSTADA SALAD COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml huichol habanero sauce
- 3 large avocados
- Juice of 4 freshly squeezed limes
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/2 red onion
- 3/4 cup tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
1. cut the avocado into cubes of about 1 cm and add the lime juice.
2. wash, peel and seed the cucumbers and cut them into smaller cubes than the avocado.
3. wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes of the same size as the cucumbers.
4. wash and disinfect the cilantro and chop it coarsely.
5. wash and finely chop the onion.
Gently mix/fold all ingredients together and add the huichol habanero sauce, salt, pepper and tomato juice.
Check the spiciness, you can add more salsa huichol habanero if you prefer.
Serve everything together with the tostadas immediately. -
