What you need
- 1 cup of mixture
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg
What you need to do
1. Heat the pan over medium-low heat or an electric griddle.
2. Mix all ingredients and stir until there are no large lumps (do not beat or over mix). Let stand 3-4 minutes for batter to thicken.
3. Pour a little less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a lightly greased pan.
4. Flip when pancakes are bubbling and bottoms are golden brown. -
