For convenience and respect, consumers began to ask for "Cerveza Indio" and so the brewery decided to change its brand to the current name. The dark Indio beer has a special flavor due to two ingredients: Golden malt and roasted caramel, which give it a touch of sweetness and through which the degree of bitterness is reduced.
