Soft and creamy coconut flavor for the transition from summer to colder days. Atole is a warm, creamy milk-based drink (edible with cow's milk, goat's milk or other milk substitutes) that is thickened with corn flour. You can dissolve this powder in a cup of 0.2 l milk (substitute) and then stir it into a pan of boiled 0.8 l milk (substitute) and continue stirring for some time over a low heat. If you wish, you can sweeten with other additives. But first try it as it is and without any additives. This variety has a fine, creamy coconut flavor.
