Due to the sweet and aromatic taste of this chili, the variety is compared to green tea. As an addition to your marinades, the guajillo chili pepper is a welcome addition. Also use the dried Guajillo chilies as an infusion for the perfect chili oil by simply adding them to your favorite olive oil or use them as an ingredient in soups.
