José Cuervo is one, if not the most famous Mexican tequila manufacturer in the world, so this Cuervo Especial was also the best-selling tequila in the world in the meantime. The Silver is a silver tequila made from blue agave. When bottled, a special process is used to preserve the flavor and finish at freezing temperatures. It is best kept chilled at very low temperatures and can be served as a crisp, smooth, frozen shot.

Recipe for a Cuervo Paloma Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
1 portion Jose Cuervo Tequila Silver
1 portion grapefruit juice
1 portion mineral water
1 teaspoon sugar per glass
Lime for garnish

PREPARATION
Cut off lime wheels. Draw a lime wheel around the rim of the glass and dip the glass in salt. Add ice, Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila Silver, grapefruit juice and superfine sugar to glass. Stir ingredients. Top with mineral water and garnish the glass with a fresh lime wheel.
