Atole is a warm, creamy milk-based drink (edible with cow's milk, goat's milk or other milk substitute) thickened with corn flour. You can dissolve this powder in a cup of 0.2l milk (substitute) and then stir it into a pot of boiled 0.8l milk (substitute) and continue stirring for some time on low heat. If you like, you can sweeten it afterwards. But try it first just like that and without additives. This variety has a sweet caramel flavor.
